Experienced private healthcare leader, CEO and strategist
Our founder, Moira McInerney, has a background in leadership roles in private health care, project management and as a coordinator and lecturer on several Master of Health Management programmes. She currently is an Associate Professor at Monash University Australia.
Moira has been a senior executive in private healthcare since 2000, her roles included: national business development with a large private hospital group, project management of the acquisition of QML Pathology, State Manager, GM and CEO for diagnostic imaging, cardiology and ophthalmology businesses both corporate and private.
Achievements include; commissioning Oasis Surgical in New Zealand, a day stay surgical centre, for Auckland Eye Pty Ltd, negotiating a joint venture, leading a team of academics in a large research project advising the Fijian Ministry of Health for QUT and scoping a national market entry.
An experienced board director, lecturer and mentor in health management, her passion is to assist clinicians run their businesses for success.
Moira holds a BA, a MBA (Health), is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors Director programme and a Fellow of the ACHSM.
